About Suffuse Soaps
Suffuse Soaps is a small, woman-led brand lovingly run by Aruna, a former IT professional turned full-time artisan soap maker. The name Suffuse means “to gradually spread through or over” - a reflection of how goodness, colour, care, and joy gently flow into every bar we create.
What started as a personal quest to make safe skincare has grown into a thoughtful, eco-conscious brand. We specialize in cold process artisan soaps and handcrafted skin and hair care made with edible-grade oils, plant butters, fresh botanicals, and certified skin-safe ingredients.
Why Choose Us
Your skin absorbs much of what you apply to it. That’s why our products are made entirely from scratch - no detergents, no SLS, no store-bought bases, and absolutely no animal testing. Aruna tests every formulation herself, ensuring each one is gentle, nourishing, and kind to both skin and planet.
We use traditional cold process methods without external heat to preserve the natural goodness of ingredients. Our soaps are naturally rich in glycerin, fully biodegradable, and formulated to suit Indian skin and weather.
In addition to soaps and skin care, we offer:
- Hair butters and shampoo bars made with Sulfate-free plant-based cleansers, natural herbs and clays
- Natural moisturizers, body scrubs, bath salts made with gentle, plant-based ingredients, paraben free preservatives
- Premium micas and fragrance oils curated for fellow Indian makers
Aruna also shares her knowledge with others through workshops, formulation support, and ethically sourced ingredients and tools.
